Frequently Asked Questions

Can I work out after my massage?
It's best to wait at least 24 hours before intense exercise to allow your muscles to fully relax and recover.

Should I drink water before or after my massage?
Yes! Staying hydrated before and after your massage helps flush toxins and prevents soreness.

What should I wear during my massage?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. You'll be properly draped throughout the session for privacy.

How often should I get a massage?
For general wellness, once a month is ideal. For pain or tension relief, weekly or bi-weekly may be more beneficial.

Can I get a massage if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely! Pregnancy massage is safe and highly beneficial when performed by a trained therapist.

    Will the massage be painful?
Deep tissue work may feel intense at times, but it should never be unbearable. Communication with your therapist is key.

Should I eat before my massage?
Avoid heavy meals right before your session. A light snack is fine if you're feeling hungry.

    What if I fall asleep?
That’s completely normal! It’s a sign you’re deeply relaxed — no need to worry.

Do I need to shave before my massage?
Nope! Shaving is purely optional and won’t impact your session.

Can I request specific areas of focus?
Absolutely! Let your therapist know if you’d like extra attention on certain areas.
